Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is a water-soluble vitamin with recognized properties: for example, it facilitates the absorption of iron and contributes to the production of red blood cells. Ingredients
L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), capsule (gelatin, colouring agent: titanium dioxide).
Method of use
Take 1 capsule a day with water, preferably with breakfast.
