Ingredients

Whey protein concentrate from ultrafiltration Carbelac, maltodextrin, * isomaltulose (palatinose), cocoa, creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine, taurine, tripotassium citrate, trimagnesium citrate, L-arginine, flavourings, tricalcium citrate, complex of digestive enzymes ( Alpha-amylase, protease, lipase, cellulase), zinc citrate, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame k, vitamin B12 (cobalamin), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). * isomaltulose (palatinose) and a source of fructose and glucose.

How to use

Mix one and a half scoop (60 gr) with 150 ml water or milk, shake well and take it once a day, preferably before or after the workout.
