Combine the pure and organic isolate protein ISO TOUCH with amino acids which additionally help in the recovery and development of the muscles and the increase of the muscle strength and endurance. 26g of protein and 5g. amino acids in each dose respectively will supply energy and essential nutrients to your muscles, will improve your athletic performance and your body in general.

Dosage isotouch: One scoop in the morning, one at noon and one after training.

Pour 30-50 grams in the shaker and add 250-300 ml of cold water, milk or your favorite drink. Stir for 60 seconds.

Smoothie: You can add to the shaker fresh or frozen fruit, yogurt, oats, coconut milk or any ingredient with low glycemic and enjoy a healthy smoothie.
