Cooking spray is used in a variety of ways. Non-stick cooking sprays prevent food from sticking to barbeque grills, pots, baking pans, casseroles and muffin pans. Always spray before heating. They are also helpful in preventing food from sticking to spatulas, wooden spoons, measuring cups and skewers. Spray measuring cups before measuring honey or syrup. Gelatin molds release more easily if the mold is sprayed first. For easier clean-up, spray food processor blades and blender blades too. Shake well before use. Apply from 25-30 cm. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat.
