ZMA, a combination of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6, is a product designed for people who intensely pursue various sports disciplines. Magnesium helps maintaining correct energy metabolism, also aids muscle performance and the synthesis of protein. Zinc helps maintaining correct testosterone level in the bloodstream. Vitamin B6 aids correct metabolism of protein and glycogen, while eff¬ectively enhancing the regulatory mechanism of hormonal activity. ZMA is particularly recommended to professional sportsmen pursuing various sports disciplines, especially during the periods of excessive physical e¬ffort, as a dietary supplement improving overall quality of strength training and regular recreation.
INGREDIENTS: Diglicynian magnesium, diglicynian zinc, anti-caking substance E470b, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), shell (gelatine, dyes E171, E132). The product may contain trace amounts of soya beans, wheat and nuts. Do not exceed recommended daily portion. 90 capsules, mass of one capsule: 950 mg.
WAY OF USE: 1 capsule 3 times daily.
