Buffered creatine monohydrate (creatine monohydrate, acidity regulators: sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate, dibasic calcium phosphate, dibasic sodium phosphate, dibasic potassium phosphate).
Buffered creatine monohydrate, being processed at a higher pH, thus has a less acidic impact on the body, and consequently promotes greater cellular hydration with greater adaptations in response to higher intensity workouts. Consequently, the lower acidity gives the Kre powder a lower conversion into creatinine, a metabolite obtained by conversion, which is quite toxic to our body. Furthermore, the addition of calcium and sodium minerals facilitates the action of Kre powder to keep acidity low, and less acidity, less retention and greater cellular hydration.
