BCAAs 4:1:1 is a branched chain amino acids supplement with a 4:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine and valine (BCAA). The levels leucine stimulate protein synthesis in muscles and muscle growth and promotes muscle recovery. Indeed, this amino acid is important for building and maintaining muscle tissue.
BCAAs 4:1:1 is a useful supplement as a post workout and in case of insufficient intake.
Ingredients
Fermented Instant Bcaa 4:1:1 , (L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine), acidity regulator: citric acid, flavourings, sweetener: sucralose, acesulfame K, pyridoxine HCI (vitamin B6), colouring agent, carmine (citrus) riboflavin (lemon).
How to use
Mix 2 scoops (6 gr) with 200 ml water and take it once a day before or after workout.
