DESCRIPTION
What is Pure Nutrition Energy Gel?
Pure Nutrition Energy Gel is a highly concentrated gel “shot” that provides vital nutrients that energize your workouts and support recovery afterward. Better yet, it’s great for on-the-go and can be consumed quickly, helping replenish you rapidly before, during, and after training. It also comes in a delicious Green Apple flavor!
Benefits of Energy Gel
Contrary to most sports beverages and electrolyte drinks, Pure Nutrition Energy Gel is extremely concentrated at just 75 mL per pouch and 60 g of carbohydrates. That’s nearly 1 g of carbohydrate per mL, and a much lower ratio of fluid:carbs:electrolytes for pre-workout and Intra workout replenishment; essentially, you get more “bang for your buck” due to the concentrated nature of Energy Gel.
This is ideal for athletes and those who need a quick surge of energy before and during training/athletic events, as it’s not always practical to have to drink a large amount of fluid when you’re trying to keep up the pace.
For even greater performance, Energy Gel also contains about 50 mg of caffeine per serving (37.5 mL) and a comprehensive blend of water-soluble vitamins and electrolytes for supporting muscle contraction and reducing the risk of muscle cramps/dehydration.
