L-Carnitine carries fatty acids into the energy-producing centers of the cells, which is mitochondria. This supplement promotes fat metabolism, therefore it increases the availability of energy during physical activity.

Ingredients

Acetyl L-carnitine HCl, capsule (gelatin), anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate.

How to use

Take 1 capsule a day with water preferably before meals.
