Catalase – Gray Hair Formula contains the enzyme catalase. Although catalase is naturally present in the body, a decrease in its levels is associated with graying of hair. Therefore, this molecule has been the subject of a number of scientific studies looking for ways to counteract the graying of hair. Scientists have found that catalase decreases with age, hence the tendency for hair to turn gray or white as we age. Based on this research, Gray Hair Formula contains catalase, which prevents the action of hydrogen peroxide, which is known to play a role in the development of gray hair. In the absence of catalase, hydrogen peroxide interferes with the formation of melanin, the pigment that gives our skin and hair its color. Catalase blocks the activity of hydrogen peroxide and thus reduces the oxidative damage responsible for graying hair.
Folic Acid – Folic acid is essential for many processes in the body. Deficiency of this vitamin can not only slow down your hair growth, but can also lead to graying. Vitamin B-5 or pantothenic acid – Like folic acid, pantothenic acid is important for the whole body, but also for our hair. Low levels of Vitamin B-5 stimulate gray hair. Higher levels of the vitamin stimulate color restoration.
