Bromelain, naturally found in pineapple, is an enzyme that’s great for improving digestion, especially of protein, so it’s very useful when large amounts are consumed. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce muscle and joint pain and swelling simply caused by intense workouts or by an injury.
Directions:
For digestive purposes, take 1 tablet 1-3 times a day with meals containing the most protein. For muscle and joint pain, take 3-1 tablets away from meals. DO NOT EXCEED 4 TABLETS A DAY!
